Anilio Park

The Anilio Ski Resort is the newest ski resort in Greece, having first opened in 2012. Since November 2017, its management and operation have been undertaken by My Adventure, a company specializing in the organization of sporting events.

Situated in the Pindus mountain range, the resort reaches an altitude of 1,850 metres, with its base at 1,680 metres. One of its key advantages is its easy and direct access via the Egnatia Odos motorway, just 7 km from the Anilio exit, with 24-hour snow-clearing services ensuring accessibility during the winter season. Combined with its idyllic mountain landscape — reflected in the name of its highest peak, “Güzel Tepe”, meaning “beautiful ridge”, a name dating back to the Ottoman period — Anilio Park has become a popular destination both for winter sports enthusiasts and for visitors wishing to experience and enjoy nature.

The route from the village of Anilio to the Ski Resort is easily accessible via a fully paved road that winds through the forest, offering beautiful views of Anilio and Metsovo facing each other across the valley. The resort features nine (9) ski runs suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. They are served by an 800-metre-long two-seater chairlift reaching the summit at 2,056 metres, as well as two baby lifts. The resort also operates two snow groomers for slope maintenance.

At the base of the resort, there is a small chalet offering ski and snowboard equipment rental for visitors of all ages, as well as sledges for younger guests. The chalet also serves hot and cold beverages, coffee and water, providing a welcoming place for skiers and snowboarders to relax and recharge during their break.
